1994 Toyota Soarer on a Foggy Day

I picked up my 1994 Toyota Soarer from Rob Paszkiewicz at Import Auto Center in Greenville, SC, back in 2021. It’s been a dream to drive even stock with a 2JZ-GE engine and around 65k miles on it.

Recently, I upgraded it with a 6-speed CD009A transmission kit from Collins Performance Adapters, which has made a big difference in the drive. This car has the classic Soarer style and smooth performance I’ve always wanted, and it’s been a blast to own.

I took the Soarer out to the old abandoned plant by the Conestee Dam on a foggy afternoon, and it made for an unreal setting. The fog settled around the crumbling buildings, giving the place an eerie feel that contrasted perfectly with the sleek lines of the car.

The moody light and weathered backdrop added depth to the shots, making the Soarer stand out even more against the misty, industrial scene. It was the perfect spot to capture the car’s character—modern yet timeless, just like the Soarer itself.
